All submissions are available for (selected) admin to view when they log into the website. Changes (ex. say a 9 year old is a strong swimmer and can move from ILWP into the competitive program) can be made by admin when the log into the website. When all changes are made, all submissions can be downloaded as a .csv file (which can then be saved as an Excel file and shared like Google Sheets) for admin to use. Gav and I have briefly spoked about privacy. There are ways to secure this information on WordPress. It is up to SWP to decide how the want to store the data. How a registration device looks and can be used on a mobile device is important to consider. Both these forms should appear good.
Edmonton’s learn-to-play program, Riptides, recently launched a TeamSnap website. I am unsure what package they selected, but it is an all in one option to consider. Registration, the TeamSnap app, finances, social media apps, club gear, and more can all be delivered in one package.
